Distractions or Driver Errors

Mobile phones are everywhere. You cannot avoid them. They are ringing in restaurants, movie theatres, seminars, the office and of course where else, but in the car or even motor bikes. When you are out on the road again, just take a look around you. There are so many phones in so many cars, pressed to the ears of too many drivers, behind the wheel of their motor vehicle. Mobile phones distract drivers from the task of driving (SMS messaging is even worse); the chances of being caught are minimal. We all know that, and being distracted while driving more than doubles the odds of having a serious crash.

Perhaps many of these phones and their owners will end up in car accidents, why wont get there cars for free car listings if thats the end point for every car owners. Moreover, whether those crashes are just a minor dent, or end in casualty, you cannot blame the mobile phone. Hold responsible the drivers who use them in the car without thought, and at the wrong time, allowing many unnecessary conversations to distract their attention from the road. One wonders whether these unthinking people remember their road rules and regulations, or even careless.

A safe, reliable motor vehicle and motor bikes is of paramount significance as well, though whether a mobile phone is used while driving or not, will not make a difference if the driver is injured through distraction or negligence. Even so, your car should be in the best condition possible for safe driving at all times. An accurate, reliable free site which, makes auto classifieds or cars classifieds easy to search, is OzFreeOnline.com, where you can register free, submit all the requirements about the car you are looking for and then conduct an advanced search Australian cars or used Australian cars. Become a member and join in the free forum, where all your motoring questions can be answered and tips and hints can be shared with other like-minded Australian drivers.

Attentive driving is of the utmost importance and it is to the detriment of the other road users, particularly when a self-indulgent driver ignores rules about mobile phones and the ban of their use while driving. Road safety and
automobile clubs such as the racv.com.au recommend hands-free devices so it eliminates dialling, but the truth is, that it's not about having your hands free, it’s more about having your mind free to concentrate on driving.
